Plan
The idea becomes scope, technology choices, milestones and an investment you can defend to your board — or to yourself.
You know what you want built. What's missing is the path: which technology, what plan, who will deliver it to the quality you expect — on time and on a budget that makes sense. That gap is where good ideas stall for months. It's where I come in.
projects delivered in the last 24 months
budgets under management across projects
clients across the US, UK, EU, Australia and Asia
experts, vendors and agencies coordinated
The idea becomes scope, technology choices, milestones and an investment you can defend to your board — or to yourself.
I assemble the people who will actually build it: experts, vendors, agencies and freelancers I've worked with before.
Priorities, risks, budget and deadlines held in one place — with a weekly view for you, not a surprise at month three.
A launch you can put in front of customers, and support after it, so the thing keeps working once it's live.
Not every project starts clean. Often I'm called in when one is stuck: nobody owns the whole picture, and every week of waiting costs more than the fix. My job is to get an honest view fast and get it moving again.
What's done and what's been promised. Scope, contracts, code, people — one page you can trust.
Cut to what matters, name one owner per workstream, replace what can't deliver.
Weekly cadence and visible progress until the project is stable — then through launch.
Client names stay private. These are the shapes most of my 300+ projects fall into.
Your idea becomes a plan, a stack and the numbers — scope, milestones, team and budget.
Best when you need clarity before you commit.
I lead the whole project: team, vendors, budget and timeline — launch included.
Best when there's no one to own it end to end.
I own delivery alongside your team: cadence, risks, vendors and reporting.
Best when you have more projects than owners.
Fixes, improvements and vendor management, so the product keeps working and growing.
Best once you're live and want it to stay that way.
I don't sell AI as a product. Where it helps, I put AI and automation to work inside the project — so reporting, triage and documentation take hours instead of days, and more of the budget goes into the thing you're building.
15 years across marketing and IT delivery means I speak both languages: the one your engineers use and the one your customers hear.
Over the last two years I've delivered 300+ projects for 200+ clients in the US, UK, EU, Australia and Asia — coordinating more than a thousand experts, vendors and agencies, from founder-led builds to programmes with several agencies at once.
I work remotely, in the EU time zone with overlap into US hours.
